@Tastymond maybe you remember it false. You have a base and many members to find. Also the Upgrade system is significantly better. You have more Weapons and Armors. There are more Puzzle to solve and the world feels more open. But, that's just my opinion. Maybe you should replay the original again and you will see many differences.

3's PC version is actually awful and legit missing shadows, why even mention it. It's not a good way to play the game.

3 is my fave these days, Devilish critical mode is just amazing in the game and teh combat is great.

Dude 3 has so much better combat than 2 it's crazy, I hope we get that one so people can try it again.

I'm glad the enjoyers of 3 and 4 are coming out and I'm not alone with my Oni 2 take. I will for sure play it but just really hope we are getting the better games down the line...

@ 4 is one of the more fun ones of the series, I don't understand how 2 can be enjoyed for how bland it can be vs how much stuff there is to do in 4's world.

I think asking 4 to be included was probably too much but it should have at least been 2 and 3 together...

i keep hearing fans are divided between genma and OG cuz of grinding or something. i dunno, still strange that genma wasnt brought forward for the remaster tho

@ Hmm I don't remember much grinding and I play it a fair bit tbh, I think there might be something still in the contracts with Microsoft holding it back but I'm unsure and maybe just think Capcom were lazy as hell.

Well when you look at all the games the 1st one would suit a remake so much right now, but I think it's harder to imagine a DMC 2 remake because the game was so meh in general if you get what I mean. A remake of 2 could not be worse which is always a bonus when looking at remake potential.

@@Tastymond Yeah DMC 2 has the least to lose. A number of remakes come out and end up disappointing fans because of not keeping all the cool things about the original game (Majoras Mask 3D, Persona 3 Reload, Yakuza Kiwami, ect.) DMC 2 might be meh but that means they can experiment and change a lot without ruining a good thing.

Nah unfortunately I would have got like 50 views if it was titled differently, that's the reality of RUclips people need to understand and I'm fine with it. More people are in favour of the vid anyway now.

I'm glad more people think it would be a good idea, as much as I want DMC 6 I think this is for sure a great way to go first for Capcom and just think of the enviroments in the RE engine from DMC 1.

The game is still good so I would give it a shot, I am also surprised by some of the defence but tbh it's more agreeing with my take now and the like/dislike ratio is in favour of what I said now too so really they are the minority. In this day and age where games like Elden Ring sell literally millions and are tough games you would think more people would be in favour of even harder things which NG2 OG is and the old games of the series.

@@Tastymond I imagine its a mixture of new fans wanting to be excited for a new game, and just fans being desperate for more Ninja Gaiden. As someone who considers himself an action game fan though, I'm well aware of how significant enemy count is, so this really isn't a nitpick, its a very legitimate complaint. I read Team Ninja is planning to update the game, so hopefully they take the feedback into account. Would you recommend this over the Sigma 2 remaster?

@@SunderlandAlexis I think it is better than Sigma 2 yeah because there is stuff from the OG here even though I wish there was more.

Ninja Gaiden 3 vanilla was so bad yes but then they released Razor's Edge to address the issues which I never bought because I was not paying for the game again. I have heard Razor's Edge is good though and should be played but don't expect the same quality from NG1 or 2 they say, so I will check it soon before NG4.
